Project Management
End-to-end management of assigned scopes using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. This includes integrated project planning, milestone control, RAID log management, and executive-level reporting.
PMO Governance

Additional enterprise consulting engagements delivered through Ariel Unlimited LLC include Société Générale, Morgan Stanley, Citibank, GE Treasury, Wyndham, and E*TRADE.
These engagements were delivered through Ariel Unlimited LLC under consulting agreements. At SMBC and Verint, principal Paul Cooper transitioned to direct employment for the latter portion of each tenure at the client's request; all other engagements were performed through Ariel Unlimited LLC throughout.
